Hey guys! I know I’ve done a post about this in the past during the photo a day challenge on Instagram, but I wanted to talk to you all about my updated makeup bags. I switch my makeup bags up a lot, depending on my mood, but these have been pretty consistent over the last few weeks. Now, I have two makeup bags: one for makeup, and another for my brushes. I find it easier to do it like this because I used to carry my FULL makeup bag to school with me and it really just got in the way. I found that I can now carry two small travel sized bags, and it still doesn’t take up as much room in my purse as my full makeup bag did. Let’s get into it shall we?
I think I will start off with the small blue makeup bag shown above (my brush bag is in front of it). Right now, I have:
- My contact lenses
- e.l.f Eyebrow Lifter & Filler
- e.l.f. Studio Lip Balm SPF 15 in Clear
- e.l.f. Radiance Enhancer in Golden
- e.l.f. Studio Blush in Blushing Rose
- e.l.f. Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara
- e.l.f. Baked Bronzer in Los Cabos
- NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencils in Taupe, Medium Brown and Dark Brown
- Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eye Liner in Blackest Black
- Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in Zero
- Hard Candy Glamoflauge Heavy Duty Concealer in Tan
- Tweezerman Slanted Tweezers
- Urban Decay Pocket Rocket lip gloss in Jesse
- Maybelline 24hr Eye Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze
- Maybelline Falsies Mascara
- e.l.f. Super Gloss Lip Gloss Lip Shine SPF 15 in Candlelight
- NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Baby Rose
- Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion (Original)
Now, in my brush bag, I have mainly e.l.f. brushes. I find these brushes, especially the studio line brushes to be pretty good if you’re on a budget. The brushes I have in my brush bag are:
- Two (2) e.l.f Studio Small Angled Brush
- e.l.f. Studio Complexion Brush
- e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush
- e.l.f. Studio Contour Brush
- Three (3) e.l.f. Professional Eye Shadow Brush
- Two (2) e.l.f. Professional Defining Eye Brush
- e.l.f. Professional Eye Crease Brush
- e.l.f. Smudge Brush
Something that I can’t put in my bags, but I always carry in my purse is the Milani Powder Foundation in Caramel, and the Urban Decay Naked Palette. These are staple products in my makeup arsenal for travel and everyday makeup. I hope you all enjoyed! Let me know what you keep in your makeup bags! I’d love to read your replies! Have a great day everyone!
